No More Problem For Baggage Allowance

When a buyer showed high interest on a supplier’s products in a trade fair, he will usually request for a sample to bring back to office for discussion and verification with his peers and colleagues. Now DagangHalal.com allow our registered buyers to buy the product samples from the suppliers anytime anywhere in order to speed up the procurement decision-making process. Depending on the suppliers’ discrete decisions, some suppliers may not offer product sample due to their nature of business or due to other reasons.

Rules and regulations

DagangHalal.com practice two separate Request for Samples rates depending on the buyer type. There are two type of buyers in DagangHalal.com namely Non-verified Buyer and Verified Buyer. A Verified Buyer would mean that this buyer has passed the KYC verification process from DagangHalal.com on an annual basis and the likelihood he is a serious buyer is very high.

The rules and regulations are listed below, kindly note that it is not exhaustive.

  • 1) Non-verified buyer will need to pay for sample product and delivery charges.
  • 2) Verified buyer can save the cost of paying for sample product and only pay for the delivery charges.
  • 3) Suppliers reserve the rights to reject the request.
